great support convenient parking dream trip rude service delayed water unhelpful staff
chris l were great on my trip! i appreciate the support making the girls trip of our dreams so good. i really recommend this hotel and beach experience a lot. the valet parking were also very convenient.
the guest service at the hotel felt short of our expectations, thats bad because the hotel were beautiful and the rooms was amazing. we asked for 2 bottles of water. we had to call in 5 times to ask about it, then we waited an hour before getting the bottles. the guest services hung up the phone on us, pretty rude.
